No Bake Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Butter Energy Bites
- 1½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbspn. black chia seed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup raw honey
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form energy bite mixture into 1" balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
