Luscious Berry Dip


  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup halved fresh or frozen strawberries - hulled if fresh, thawed if frozen
  • ½ cup fresh or ¾ cup frozen, unsweetened raspberries - thawed if frozen, undrained
  • ¼ cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon



  1. In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes eight servings, ¼ cup each.
