T’ai Chi (Intermediate/Advanced class)
T’ai Chi promotes flexibility, balance, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being.
This T’ai Chi class is a Guided Practice for participants experienced in the Yang Long Form. If you are experienced in martial arts or T’ai Chi and are interested in Yang Long Form, please contact Lisa Milbrandt at 265.8317 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you are new to the practice of T’ai Chi, the T’ai Chi for Health class on Thursday evenings provides a full, but shorter T’ai Chi form that is easier to learn as a beginner. You may also consider Qigong as an entry into these wonderful practices.
Progressive Class: Since this class requires learning, mastering and building upon basic skills, joining it after the second week of class isn't permitted unless the participant has previous experience taking this or a very similar class.
