Cross Training is a class that will help you to really MOVE again. The class involves twisting and turning, flexing and extending, all the while moving slowly and quickly, but at a pace that ensures correct and proper form. You will use a variety of equipment that will challenge and stimulate your body as well as your concentration. Your overall fitness level will improve as you enhance the awareness of your body.
