Do you need to learn to take better care of yourself? The eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program may be the answer. Join staff from the UW Health Mindfulness Program and learn about the eight week training in Mindfulness meditation. These sessions are offered for those who would like to learn more about the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program that is offered through the UW Health Mindfulness Program.

 

No registration required.
