Kelcy practices as a genetic counselor in the Oncology Genetics Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center. Kelcy works closely with the Prevention, Assessment, and Tailored Health Screening (PATHS) Program at the UW Breast Center which provides multidisciplinary care to women who are at a high risk of breast cancer. Kelcy enjoys working with individuals and families to promote understanding of complex genetic information as it relates to hereditary cancer syndromes. She received her Master of Medical Science degree in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling from Emory University School of Medicine. She is a certified genetic counselor through the American Board of Genetic Counselors.
