Four Lakes Café, located lower level (floor 1), offers sandwiches, soups, farm-to-table items, a salad bar and desserts. Grab-and-go options are available overnight and on weekends in the adjacent Mendota Market.

The Gift Shop is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may also place flower and gift orders by calling (608) 263-6472 or online. Flower/gift deliveries from outside florists and vendors are not allowed.

Parking at University Hospital

Parking tickets may be validated inside at the Information Desk to receive free parking. Valet services are available for parking assistance, Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

 Visiting hours

8 a.m.-9 p.m. Due to COVID-19, only one adult (16 or older) is allowed to visit an adult inpatient or accompany an adult to an outpatient appointment. Pediatric patients may have two visitors.

The American Bistro offers entrees, soups, salad bar, desserts, hot and cold sandwiches, ethnic cuisine, grab ‘n go foods and snacks. Coffee and other beverages available. (Due to COVID-19, currently restricted to staff between 11:30 am and 1 pm.)

Beans 'n Cream Coffee Shop

Located on the 1st floor near the hospital entrance, Beams ‘n Cream offers a variety of coffee specialties and locally sourced, organic centered treats. Open Monday-Friday: 6 am - 2 pm.
