About
Taylor Erholtz, RDN, is a UW Health registered dietitian. She provides clinical nutrition for children, teens and adults with eating disorders.
Taylor cares for patients with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder). She makes nutrition plans for people with diabetes, PCOS (polycystic ovary disease), and liver or kidney disease. Taylor offers custom advice for healthy weight management and blood sugar control.
She has special interests in nutrition for women’s health, pregnancy and hormones, and caring for patients in the LGBTQ+ community.
When good nutrition helped her grandmother during dialysis, Taylor decided to become a dietitian. Some of her loved ones also struggled with eating disorders. She wanted to support others facing similar problems. Now, Taylor helps patients understand confusing nutrition advice and build healthy relationships with food.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys seasonal activities. These range from biking and pickleball to skiing and ice skating. She also loves trying new restaurants and cozy movie nights at home.
I partner with patients of all ages, genders and backgrounds who struggle with eating. My goal is to help them understand how food can support their health and healing.
