Srivani Sridhar, MD

Srivani Sridhar, MD is board certified in family medicine. She received her BS in biology from The College of New Jersey, and medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She completed her family medicine residency, followed by a two-year academic integrative medicine fellowship, at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison.

Dr. Sridhar sees people of all ages, including adults, children and expectant mothers. She works collaboratively with her patients’ primary care physicians, specialty physicians and holistic practitioners to ensure safe and effective treatment plans. Dr. Sridhar makes specific recommendations through verbal and written explanation.
