Shreevidya Menon, DO, is a UW Health Kids pediatricianic hospitalist. She cares for children with a wide variety of illnesses and medical needs who require hospital care. Dr. Menon diagnoses and treats a wide range of acute (sudden onset) illnesses and helps patients manage chronic (long-term) conditions such as asthma, diabetes and allergies. She also assists surgeons and subspecialty physicians in caring for hospitalized children.  She has a special clinical interest in asthma management. Dr. Menon uses a collaborative approach to care, partnering with other UW Health specialists, the patient and their parents or caregivers. Working together, she believes they can achieve the best possible health outcomes for her young patients. I believe a team approach helps the child achieve the best possible health outcomes.
