Sarah Schumacher, RD, CD, CDCES is a UW Health registered dietitian nutritionist. Sarah teaches patients how to improve their health and well-being by making better food choices.

As a certified diabetes care and education specialist, Sarah works with adults who have diabetes. This disease impacts how the body turns food into energy.
