About
Dr. Ryan Woods is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, Section of Breast Imaging. He is a member of the UW Health Breast Center and serves as associate section chief for breast imaging and physician informatics at UW Health.
Dr. Woods specializes in all aspects of breast imaging include mammography, ultrasound and MRI, as well as image-guided procedures.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Woods completed a master of public health degree specializing in epidemiology and biostatistics at Boston University School of Public Health, Boston, MA. He earned his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, WI and completed fellowships in radiology at John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD and breast imaging at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Madison, WI. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
His research focuses on breast imaging operations and clinical informatics
