Rachel Hart, NP

Rachel Hart, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. Rachel provides care to hospitalized patients with orthopedic conditions, which affect the muscles, bones, tissues and joints.

Rachel works as part of a multispecialty team to evaluate and treat patients while they’re receiving treatment and recovering from traumatic injuries. She also cares for patients who have been admitted to the hospital for joint replacement surgery, spine surgery, hand surgery and other orthopedic procedures.

Rachel commits to taking an active role in each patient’s journey. Through attentive and comprehensive care, she supports patients after surgery and throughout their healing and recovery process.
