Nicole Follette, NP is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in neonatology.

She cares for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), including premature infants and babies with breathing difficulties, infections, birth defects or other complex medical conditions. Nicole’s role includes performing assessments, managing treatments, monitoring progress and supporting families throughout their baby’s care.

As part of the neonatology team, Nicole works closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists and other specialists to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
