About
Mongtu Ngo, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant. She cares for hospitalized patients who have blood sugar imbalances and other metabolic and endocrine (hormone-related) disorders.
Mongtu treats patients with conditions such as type 1 and type 2 diabetes, steroid-induced hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) and post-transplant diabetes. She works with doctors and other specialists to evaluate and manage each patient’s condition. She helps to manage patients’ insulin levels and meet other individualized care needs throughout their hospital stay.
Her personalized approach to care includes educating patients about their condition and care needs. Mongtu guides them and helps them learn to monitor and manage their symptoms and health. She helps pave the way for their long-term health and wellness after they’re discharged from the hospital.
In her free time, Mongtu enjoys biking and climbing.
I ensure that my patients get the appropriate care and education to succeed on their own.
