Michaela Fritz, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in podiatry. She cares for patients who have conditions related to the foot. Michaela treats skin and nail conditions, ingrown nails and plantar fasciitis. She also manages foot care for patients with diabetes.  Michaela’s goal is to improve function and enhance the quality of life for her patients using individualized and compassionate care.   Michaela holds a doctor of nursing practice degree and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner as well as an advanced practice registered nurse. Outside the clinic, Michaela enjoys cooking, gardening, playing the violin and spending time with her family. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and promoting optimal foot and ankle health.
