Megan Bjella, OT

Megan Bjella, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist at UW Health. She sees patients at the Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation Clinic where she treats patients with traumatic and chronic hand, wrist, and shoulder injuries and conditions.

With a background as a yoga instructor, she enjoys incorporating breath work and mindful movement into her occupational therapy practice. She believes that therapy is a process of discovery and learning for both the therapist and patient. Megan seeks to provide holistic care that considers each person’s values and goals to help them progress from where they are to where they want to be.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys gardening, hiking, weightlifting, Pilates, yoga and cooking.
