About

Dr. Margo Hoover-Regan is the Clinical Director of the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology program at American Family Children’s Hospital and an associate professor in the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology. Dr. Hoover-Regan cares for children with a variety of malignancies and evaluates and treats children with hematologic disorders. Her clinical focus involves pediatric palliative care and treating children with malignant bone tumors.

I’ve been in pediatric hematology and oncology since 1993 and one of my favorite things about being a pediatric oncologist is developing a relationship with the patient and their family. Having seen other patients go through treatments has enabled me to be able to tell families what to anticipate and to a certain extent, try to let them know what the future may look like.
