About
Lars Olstad, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist. He treats patients who need therapy for orthopedic conditions, including bone or joint injuries. He also cares for people with chronic conditions and patients who need post-surgical therapy. Lars provides sports rehabilitation therapy for patients with ACL conditions and other sports injuries.
Lars uses strength training and injury education to support his patients in returning to their pre-injury condition. He strives to make his patients feel confident about their activity levels to help improve their overall quality of life.
In his free time, Lars enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching and playing sports, trying new foods and listening to music.
I was motivated to become a physical therapist due to my own recovery journey as a young athlete.
