Kori Vander Yacht, NP

Kori Vander Yacht, NP, is a UW Health family medicine nurse practitioner.

Working with patients of all ages, Kori strives to help people achieve and maintain their best health. She provides wellness care, mental health care and treatment for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. Additionally, Kori has a special interest in lactation and helping new moms and babies breastfeed.

Kori places a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships with her patients. She partners with them and their families to develop personalized care strategies and enjoys watching them meet their health goals.

Outside of work, Kori enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially on a boat.
