About

Kirk Schulz, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist. Kirk treats athletes with issues and injuries involving the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle and foot. He also cares for patients as they recover from surgery and offers advice on how to safely improve their performance.

With a special interest in golf, Kirk leads the UW Health Golfers Clinic. This clinic helps people improve their biomechanics (how the body moves while swinging the golf club). He performs physical screenings and uses video to carefully analyze an individual’s golf swing. He addresses any physical limitations that impact the person’s swing and teaches them how to prevent injuries and enhance performance.

As an orthopedic-certified specialist, Kirk is also certified in strength and conditioning. He’s a level two certified golf fitness instructor, and his goal is to teach all patients how to stay healthy and active.

During his free time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, piano and guitar.

As a lifelong athlete, I value the physical and mental benefits of movement. I work to return my patients to healthy, active lives.
