Kelly Gardner, NP

Kelly Gardner, NP, is a nurse practitioner at UW Health. Kelly cares for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions such as arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), coronary artery disease (CAD), myocardial infarction (heart attack), heart failure and diseased or damaged heart valves.

Kelly is an inpatient hospitalist with advanced expertise in cardiovascular medicine. She works as part of a multispecialty team within the hospital setting to evaluate and treat patients with diverse symptoms and conditions, offering specialized care for older patients with multiple conditions or complex care needs.

Using a patient-centered approach, Kelly involves each patient and their personal support team in all aspects of care – from diagnosis through treatment and discharge from the hospital – to educate and empower them and achieve their best outcome.

As a nurse practitioner, I enjoy working within an interdisciplinary team to offer a personalized, patient-centered approach to medical care.
