Kay Kram, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor at UW Health. Kay cares for adults who struggle with a wide range of mental health and life transition issues, including anxiety, grief, mood disorders and psychosis. She works with individuals, couples and families.

During counseling sessions, Kay emphasizes brief, solution-focused treatment methods and utilizes a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and other recovery-oriented, person-centered treatments.
