Kay Cram, MS, LPC, (she/her/hers) takes a recovery-oriented, person-centered treatment approach. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experiences in a variety of settings. Kay has a Masters in Guidance and Counseling and has additional training in Evidence Based Practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She provides psychotherapy to adults, emphasizing brief, solution-focused treatment modalities. She works with individuals experiencing a variety of diagnoses and life transitions including anxiety, mood disorders, grief, severe mental illness and relational problems.
