Jordan works with each patient to develop a personalized care plan that aligns with their unique lifestyle, needs and goals. She enjoys building strong, trusting relationships. This allows her to serve as both a provider and a partner throughout patients’ health journeys.

Jordan is passionate about helping others. She provides patient-centered care that ensures patients feel understood, supported and valued. She places a strong focus on preventive medicine and health promotion. Jordan connects patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health. She encourages patients to find activities and hobbies that enrich their health and quality of life.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her dog, listening to music and being outdoors. She also likes to read books on health, wellness and personal growth.

I believe each patient's health journey is unique and their medical care should reflect that. Together, we can build a pathway to better health.
