About

Jennifer Rodgers, MD, is a UW Health anesthesiologist and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine. Dr. Rodgers provides personalized anesthesia care for many surgical specialties, including general, bariatric, orthopedic, endocrine, otolaryngology and ambulatory surgery.

Skilled in the full spectrum of anesthesia medicine, including general, regional and local anesthesia, Dr. Rodgers uses Enhanced Recovery After Anesthesia (ERAS), a patient-centered, multidisciplinary management program, to help patients recover earlier after surgery. She tailors care plans before, during and after surgery for each patient to optimize recovery outcomes.

In her free time, Dr. Rodgers enjoys running, hiking, camping, gardening and cheering for the Badgers athletic teams.

Surgery can be a stressful time. I want my patients to feel reassured that they will receive the best possible anesthesia care to get them on their way to recovery.
