Jeffrey Gurtizen, DO

Jeffrey Gurtizen, DO, is a UW Health family medicine doctor. He provides health care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Gurtizen has a special interest in preventive health care and osteopathic medicine. As an osteopath, he treats the whole person instead of targeting specific systems and symptoms. He talks to his patients about their underlying health concerns to identify potential issues. By addressing these matters early, he works with patients to prevent serious future health problems.

In his free time, Dr. Gurtizen is an avid gamer. He also enjoys biking, hiking and ice skating.

I became a doctor because I want to help people live happy, healthy lives.
