Giorgio Gimelli, MD, FACC

Giorgio Gimelli, MD, FACC, is a UW Health interventional cardiologist and a professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He is a member of the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, where he combines clinical excellence with academic leadership. Dr. Gimelli is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of cardiovascular care.

Dr. Gimelli specializes in advanced, minimally invasive catheter‑based therapies for patients with complex cardiovascular disease.
