Fazlur Zahurullah, MD

Fazlur Zahurullah, MD, is a UW Health otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat or ENT). Dr. Zahurullah offers comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical treatments. He diagnoses and treats conditions that affect the ears, nose, throat, face, head and neck.

Dr. Zahurullah treats for ear infections, tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and sinusitis (sinus inflammation). He also cares for voice and swallowing disorders and tumors of the head, face and neck. Dr. Zahurullah offers specialized care for children, including infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

His surgical expertise includes novel procedures such as Inspire® stimulation therapy for sleep apnea. This therapy uses gentle pulses that keep the airway open during sleep.

In his free time, Dr. Zahurullah enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time with his wife and children. An avid sports fan, he still supports his hometown college teams in Michigan and the Detroit Lions.

I care for my patients like I would want my family members treated. I consider patients’ goals and expectations and present the best options and recommendations.
