Emma Gellerstedt, RDN, is a UW Health registered dietitian who works with patients who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and inflammatory conditions including osteoarthritis.
Emma’s special interests include cardiology nutrition, diabetes prevention, weight management and lifestyle medicine. She enjoys sharing her nutrition expertise through cooking classes in the learning kitchen at UW Health East Madison Hospital.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys local fairs, music festivals, exploring new restaurants and paddleboarding on Madison-area lakes.
