About

Elizabeth (Liz) Wahl, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist with a doctorate in physical therapy. She treats patients with all types of orthopedic conditions, including injuries, pain, movement disorders, concussions and jaw pain (called TMJ). Her special interest is treating shoulder and spine injuries and pain.

During therapy sessions, Liz talks with her patients about their goals and creates care plans to address their unique needs. Together, they work as a team to relieve pain and restore movement and function. She uses treatment techniques that follow the best research and scientific evidence available. To help patients achieve their goals, Liz encourages regular conversation and feedback.

Liz also serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.

With a passion for health and physical fitness, Elizabeth stays active during her free time. She participates in regular strength training and high-intensity exercise and works as a USA swim official.

To help patients achieve success, we talk frequently and work together to reduce their pain and restore their mobility.
