About

Elizabeth Nielsen, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in dermatology. Elizabeth cares for people with many types of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, rashes and itchy skin. She also performs skin cancer screenings to detect skin cancer in its earliest stages.

To provide the very best care, Elizabeth listens closely to her patients’ concerns and answers their questions. After performing an exam, she educates each patient about their skin condition and recommends treatment options based on the best scientific evidence available. Together, they create a care plan designed to treat the individual’s specific skin issue.

A true caregiver at heart, Elizabeth considers it a privilege to be a trusted part of someone’s health care team. She works to help her patients achieve their goals, clear up their skin conditions and confidently move forward in life.

During her free time, Elizabeth enjoys camping with her family and cake decorating.

I partner with my patients to make a difference in their lives — to help clear up their skin conditions and feel comfortable with the skin they’re in.
