About

Cory Sieburg is a nurse practitioner at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Neurology and the UW Health Pediatric Neurology Clinic at University Hospital.

She cares for children and young adults with acute, complex, critical and chronic disorders of the nervous system. Her clinical interests focus on pediatric neuromuscular disorders, including spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), as well as providing comprehensive care coordination to her patients and families diagnosed with these conditions.

Cory enjoys partnering with patients and their families to define goals, optimize care and coordinate needs in a way that makes life feel manageable. She believes the best outcomes result from incorporating all aspects of the patient’s health, values and wishes.

In addition to her clinical practice, Cory serves as an investigator for ongoing clinical trials. She appreciates how this work enables her to offer her patients more comprehensive care choices by allowing her to connect them with trials that may benefit them.

Outside of work, Cory loves spending time with her family. They enjoy being active together.
