About

Colten Haack, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist specializing in sports medicine.

Colten sees patients with a wide range of bone and muscle injuries. He specializes in helping athletes recover from knee and shoulder injuries. Using targeted therapies, he cares for patients through every phase of their rehabilitation.

Colten enjoys being part of a community that helps athletes navigate the ups and downs of their recovery. Dedicated to providing whole-person care, he strives to improve both the mental and physical health of his patients. He partners with people to help them get back to their favorite activities, whether they’re a professional competitor or a recreational athlete.

In addition to his clinical work, Colten researches ACL (knee ligament) injuries and their long-term effects on running, strength and bone density.

Outside of work, Colten enjoys playing golf, pickleball and volleyball, and supporting his favorite Wisconsin teams — the Packers, Badgers, Brewers and Bucks.

I am committed to guiding athletes both mentally and physically on their rehab journey.
