About

Clay Schewe, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist. He provides physical therapy for people with neurological (brain and spinal cord) injuries and disorders.

Clay helps patients diagnosed with conditions like multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease improve mobility (movement). He also works with patients who have experienced a stroke or serious trauma. From tailored exercises to customized devices like wheelchairs, he delivers comprehensive support.

Although his primary focus is neurological care, he also sees patients with orthopedic (bone, muscle and joint) concerns.

Clay prioritizes compassionate, patient-centered care. He works with a team of specialists to help people improve their quality of life. As a long-term partner to his patients, he works alongside them to help them achieve their movement goals.

I approach every patient with curiosity and an open mind. I strive to help them discover meaningful ways to live a life filled with joy.
