Christopher Wirth, LMFT, is a UW Health licensed marriage and family therapist. He provides a full range of mental health services for individuals, couples and families of all ages.

Some of the conditions that Christopher treats include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), major depressive disorder (MDD), gender dysphoria in adolescents and adults, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and adjustment disorders.

Christopher’s clinical interests include working with adolescents and young adults, individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC, and individuals who have experienced trauma. He also enjoys working with adopted people and blended families.

His care philosophy is to approach his patients with respect and compassion, using a strength-based and relational perspective.

In his free time, Christopher enjoys drumming, yoga and spending time with his family and friends.

I enjoy collaborating with my patients to develop solutions that best fit their needs.
