Chey Collura, MD, is a UW Health general surgeon. He's also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Collura treats a wide range of noncancerous conditions. He is skilled in a variety of surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures that reduce risk and recovery time. Dr. Collura is experienced in performing surgery for the appendix, gallbladder, small and large intestines (colon), rectum, abdominal wall, lipomas and cysts.

Dr. Collura provides compassionate care and strives to educate his patients about their conditions and treatments. He partners with other specialists when needed. Dr. Collura is deeply committed to ensuring clear and effective communication among himself, his patients and the rest of their medical team.

My goal is to improve patients' quality of life through both medical and interventional means.
