Chelsea Langrehr, MS, LMFT (She/her) is a Mental Health Clinician within UW Behavioral Health and Psychiatry. Chelsea has experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan while treating a wide range of mental health concerns. Her specialties include ADD/HD, trauma, loss/grief, life transitions, family conflict and couple therapy. She is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.

Chelsea believes in every person's capacity to create their own change and that you are the expert on your own experience. She will work collaboratively with you along your journey and be there to help navigate life’s challenges and remind you of your strengths and successes along the way. She believes the therapeutic relationship is truly unique and sacred and when built on mutual trust and respect, has the power to create meaningful change, promote healing and lead to higher levels of positive outcomes.

She strives to create an atmosphere that feels safe, supportive and non-judgmental. In therapy, Chelsea uses an integrative perspective, meaning she combines elements drawn from different singular therapies to best tailor to the unique needs of each individual client. Her therapeutic style is filled with warmth, authenticity, deep compassion and with unconditional positive regard for her patients. She believes that humor and laughter are an essential part of life and welcomes this in session.

Chelsea is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and she is passionate about providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, couples and families. She received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Edgewood College.
