Carolyn Sleeth, MD, is a pediatrician in the Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Clinic at UW Health and is an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Pediatrics where she is involved in the pediatric residency program.

Dr. Sleeth cares for children from birth through young adulthood. As part of her practice, she offers wellness visits, preventive care and sick care for various illnesses. She also treats children for mental health concerns like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and depression and works with school districts and other doctors throughout Wisconsin to help create and maintain safe and healthy schools.

Committed to supporting the optimum health of her patients, Dr. Sleeth encourages healthy lifestyle habits, including those that support mental health and partners with patients and their families to achieve the best results.

When not at work, Dr. Sleeth loves being outdoors — hiking, gardening and swimming. She also enjoys cooking and reading.
