About

Caroline Vlasak, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology.

Caroline cares for patients with a variety of heart and blood vessel conditions. These include coronary artery disease (plaque buildup in the heart’s arteries), heart valve concerns and heart failure. She also treats those with arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms), high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

As a compassionate care provider, Caroline strives to help people feel comfortable and safe during their appointments. She appreciates the value of listening and enjoys learning about each patient’s unique needs. With a focus on patient education and communication, she empowers people to take control of their health.

Outside of work, Caroline looks forward to traveling, listening to live music and spending time with her family.

I hope that my patients leave their appointments understanding their conditions and feeling confident in their care.
