Brooke Mortensen, NP, is a UW Health Kids nurse practitioner and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She cares for children with chronic (ongoing) or complex medical conditions. These include neuromuscular disorders, genetic conditions and other diseases.
Brooke understands that families and caregivers know their children the best. She strives to provide high-quality and innovative care while honoring the families’ goals and wishes.
