Binoy diagnoses and treats patients struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. He has a clinical interest in providing acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma-focused therapies. He offers these therapies in individual and group settings.

In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys playing and watching soccer, spending time in the sauna and scuba diving.

My goal is to help my patients manage emotional pain in ways that reduce their suffering and guide them toward the life they want.
