About

Billie Cali, PsyD, is a UW Health clinical psychologist.  She helps patients navigate every stage of their bariatric (weight loss) surgery journey, offering guidance and support toward lasting health.

Billie helps patients identify their strengths and use those strengths to reach their goals. She empowers patients to face challenges on their path to healing by encouraging self-care, self-compassion and confidence. Through targeted therapy, Billie supports patients in building self-esteem and developing healthy coping skills.

Billie is passionate about helping people achieve balance and wellness in their lives. Through her approach, she encourages patients to strengthen their self-awareness. She believes that understanding physical and emotional experiences can improve a person’s relationship with food and, more importantly, with themselves.

Outside of work, Billie enjoys stand-up comedy, strength training, travel and spending time with loved ones.

I love celebrating big and small achievements with patients as they discover and become who they were always meant to be.
