About

Bailey Prado, OT, is a UW Health Kids occupational therapist. She helps children with a wide range of conditions. These include developmental delays, sensory disorders and autism. She also treats common symptoms of cerebral palsy, down syndrome and other conditions.

Bailey helps patients with muscle weakness and coordination challenges. She also supports children who have behavioral challenges and social-emotional concerns. She works with patients to improve skills, such as dressing, eating, personal care and play.

Using holistic, research-supported care, Bailey educates and advocates for patients. She helps children become more independent and reach new stages in their development. She makes learning fun and engaging for children.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys reading, hiking with her dogs and trying new restaurants with her husband. She volunteers for CASA, a court-based child advocacy group.

I love working with people, especially children. Meaningful goals give people purpose and independence.
