Amy Grelle, MD

About

Amy Grelle, MD, is a family medicine doctor at UW Health and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

She treats patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions, from common injuries and illnesses to complex conditions and chronic diseases. She also treats patients with emotional and behavioral conditions, and has a special interest in pediatric care and women’s health.

Dr. Grelle works to build trusting relationships with all her patients and families. She listens to their concerns and lets them guide their care. She also educates patients, helps them navigate health care systems and encourages them to advocate for themselves in order to get their needs met.

After hours, Dr. Grelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and crafting. She also enjoys spending time in nature, camping, hiking and fishing.

I enjoy hearing patients’ stories and having the opportunity to help them. My joy comes from watching my patients grow, holding their hands through struggles and hearing about their joys.
