About

Ahmed Pasha, MD, is a UW Health interventional cardiologist. He treats a variety of heart conditions, including heart failure, atrial fibrillation, valvular heart disease (narrowing or leaking heart valves), heart inflammation, high cholesterol and heart attacks. He also manages blood clots in the lungs and legs and does stent placement.

Dr. Pasha has a clinical interest in treating patients who have had a heart attack. He uses less invasive methods to place stents in blocked coronary arteries. In addition, Dr. Pasha is passionate about the prompt management of blood clots in the lungs and legs. He removes clots and prevents long-term complications with medicine and minimally invasive procedures.

He believes in treating patients like family and talking openly with them.

In his free time, Dr. Pasha enjoys spending time with family, racquetball, tennis, badminton and cycling.

Our actions have a long-term effect on the lives of our patients and their whole family, so we must have a listening ear, empathy and strong communication skills.
