Abigail Bales, MD

Abigail Bales, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine physician. Dr. Bales is also a clinical associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine.

She provides primary care for adult patients. Dr. Bales diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions, from minor injuries and acute illnesses to chronic health issues including high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. She also provides yearly physicals and health screenings, and cares for patients with chronic (long-term) medical problems.

In her free time, Dr. Bales enjoys spending time with family and friends.

I appreciate my role as a general internist because I get to treat the full spectrum of adult primary care needs.
