If you are a new patient, when you call to make an appointment, the receptionist will transfer you to our central registration department after your appointment has been scheduled. A registrar will then ask you for your insurance, address, phone, and other necessary information in order to complete your registration.
If you are an established patient, when you call to make an appointment, the receptionist will check the system to determine whether your insurance and other information has been verified within the last 120 days. If so, the appointment will be made and nothing more will be required. If not, the receptionist will transfer you to our central registration department. A registrar will then re-verify your insurance and other information.
If you do not wish to be transferred to the central phone bank, you will receive a call from our central registration staff prior to your appointment. Alternatively, you may call the central registration department directly at: (608) 287-2725 or toll-free at (888) 863-2725.
