Cafeteria and Dining

Dining at University Hospital

Our chefs, culinary staff and registered dietitians are passionate about serving foods that are delicious, nutritious and support health and healing. Our menus focus on whole, minimally processed foods using the best quality ingredients.

We are proud to partner with Wisconsin farmers and producers to offer local and seasonal produce and artisan products on our menus and to promote economic growth and sustainability in our communities.

Harvest of the Month helps connect our UW Health community with fresh, seasonal eating all year long.

Visit our Facebook page @UWHealthEats for daily specials in our Four Lakes Cafeteria and a look inside our kitchen.

To help identify the healthy snacks, items are separated into three zones:

  • Snacks in the green zone are better for you and can be eaten daily
  • Snacks in the yellow zone have limited nutritional value and can be eaten occasionally
  • Snacks in the red zone have little or no nutritional value.
