Southern Coleslaw

4 cups purchased coleslaw mix
Sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
¼ cup skim milk
¾ cup fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise (8 calories per Tbsp)
1-2 drops Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp celery seed
Place coleslaw mix in large bowl. In small bowl, combine sugar substitute, minced onion and skim milk. Pour over coleslaw mix. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, dry milk powder and mayonnaise. Mix well to combine. Stir in Tabasco sauce and celery seed. Add to coleslaw mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover and chill one hour before serving.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size = 2/3 cup)
