About

Sarah Duffy, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist with advanced training in pelvic health. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders.

Sarah commonly treats adults with a range of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary and fecal incontinence, voiding dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and constipation. She also treats various pelvic pain conditions and specializes in caring for post-surgical patients recovering from prostatectomy, holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), pelvic reconstruction, vaginoplasty and gynecological and colorectal cancer surgeries.

Additionally, Sarah treats children with encopresis (fecal incontinence) and constipation.

With her advanced training, Sarah is skilled in a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, dry needling, patient education, individualized exercise and biofeedback. She takes time to educate her patients about their conditions and personalizes care to meet each patient's needs.

My goal is to make my patients feel heard, valued and cared for. I want to empower them to take charge of their health, so they can move from surviving to thriving.
